Q1 (already implemented)
Finished refactoring
In Q1 we focused mostly on refactoring and tests aimed at improving system's stability, performance and overall UX. We successfully accomplished the refactoring so you can now expect a much more stable usage.
We now switch back to implementing new features requested by our users - see our plan for this year below!
Collaboration between multiple users
As one of the results of the refactoring we finally allowed collaboration between multiple users. You can now work on quotes with your colleagues in real time.
Microsoft SSO
You can now log in to Apropo using your Microsoft account.
AI generation of descriptions
You can now generate user stories for your quote components with a single click that will generate them using AI.
Custom proposal hosting domains
You can now share proposals with your clients from your own domain (e.g. estimates.yourcompanydomain.com)
Q2
Updates to Project timeline feature
The entire Project timeline feature will be massively upgraded to be much more automated and intuitive. It will also allow displaying different sections of your estimate to show how the project will be progressing.

We will also implement charts displaying the Project timeline in a much more convenient way. The charts will include the involvement of your team and the expected billing for each month with ability to break it down by work types (frontend, backend, etc.)
Rich descriptions & User stories
You will be able to add rich descriptions & user stories to your quote components that will be visible all the time between the feature name and its estimation. It will allow you to create advanced and detailed quotes that include complex descriptions and user stories.
Assigning estimators to specific work types
Ability to assign a certain member of your team to estimate a specific work type in your project (e.g. frontend or devops)
A lot of smaller UX upgrades, such as:
• Upgrades to generating the user stories and descriptions
• Setting an email for receiving invoicing
• Duplicating the projects
• Adding newly invited users to the projects even before they accept the invitation
• Displaying total hours and total time in summary near the total price
• Ability to change the “Fixed costs” field name in the summary, in case you have fixed costs items in your project
• Moving quote components between different levels of detail (modules, features, tasks)• CTRL+Z, CTRL+Y
Q3
Budget tracking (beta)
A fully automated budget tracking, showing comparison of time estimate vs. spent for every item in your quote. The time spent will be pulled automatically from the time logged on the tickets in your Jira. It will also log all change requests and changes to the project scope.
AI estimations (beta)
AI will generate the project breakdown and its approximate estimate based on the project descriptions.
Library groups
Groups in the library will allow you to group components into some specific groups (e.g. payment components, CRUDs, e-commerce components, etc.)
Library sidebar
On the project editor screen, there will be a sidebar on the left side of the screen with ability to hide it. It will display the components that you have in the library and allow you to add components to the projects with a single click, without necessity to search.

Visibility management
Ability to set which elements of your estimate should be visible to your client after sharing and which not.
Budget tracking - upgraded
Upgrades to the budget tracking functionality after beta testing.
AI estimations - upgrades
Upgrades to the AI estimations functionality after beta testing.
Tagging the estimate components
You will be able to assign specific tags to your estimate components (e.g. must-have, nice-have, etc.) and allow your client to change these tags to allow better collaboration and scope clarification with your clients.
